Salto Festival - Terms and conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of tickets for SALTO Festival 2026.
By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ORGANISER, CONTRACT & PLATFORM
SALTO is the organiser and operator of SALTO Festival (the “Festival”). References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean SALTO.
The contract for attendance at the Festival is between you and SALTO.
Tickets are sold via Easol, which acts as our ticketing and payment platform and payment agent only. Easol is not the organiser of the Festival and has no responsibility for delivery of the event.
SALTO is the data controller for personal data collected in connection with the Festival.

2. EVENT DETAILS
- Event: SALTO Festival 2026
- Dates: 10-13 September 2026
- Location: Camping Lava, La Garrotxa, Spain
Entry is strictly 18+. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required.
3. TICKETS, ENTRY & WRISTBANDS
Tickets are personal and may not be resold or transferred outside the official Easol platform.
Name changes may be permitted via “Manage My Booking”, subject to an administration fee and deadline.
E-tickets will be issued ahead of the event. A valid ticket and ID are required to receive a wristband on arrival at the event site.
Wristbands must be worn at all times and are required for access.
Lost, damaged or removed wristbands may not be replaced.
Once wristbands are issued, re-entry is not permitted unless expressly stated otherwise by the organiser.
4. PAYMENT & PAYMENT PLANS
4.1 Full payment
Unless you select a payment plan, full payment is due at the time of booking. By completing a booking, you authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge the full ticket price plus any applicable fees.
4.2 Payment plan availability
Payment plans may be offered on selected ticket types only and are available at SALTO’s discretion.
4.3 Deposit
A deposit per ticket is payable at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable, except where the Festival is cancelled in full.
4.4 Instalments
The remaining balance will be split into scheduled instalments. Instalment dates and amounts are shown at checkout and in “Manage My Booking”. By selecting a payment plan, you authorise automatic charges on the scheduled dates.
4.5 Payment method responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your payment card details remain valid and up to date. Payment details are stored securely by the payment provider.
4.6 Failed payments
If an instalment payment fails:
You will be notified and a further attempt will be made.
If payment fails again, a second notification and retry will follow.
If payment fails a third time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
In the event of cancellation due to failed payments, no refund will be issued for deposits or instalments already paid, and access to the Festival may be withdrawn.
4.7 Cancellation under a payment plan
Cancellations by customers on a payment plan are subject to these Terms. Amounts already paid are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & EVENT CHANGES
Tickets are non-refundable, except where the Festival is cancelled in full.
We reserve the right to change the programme, schedule, artists, facilitators, activities or site layout, and to cancel or modify individual activities due to weather, safety or operational reasons. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
If the Festival is cancelled in full, refunds will be limited to the face value of the ticket, excluding platform, transaction and processing fees where applicable.
6. RIGHT OF REFUSAL & REMOVAL
We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the site, any person for reasons including safety, security, breach of these Terms, failure to follow staff instructions, harassment, disruptive behaviour, excessive intoxication, or possession of prohibited items. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
7. SEARCHES, SECURITY & MEDICAL
Bag searches may be carried out on entry and at any time during the Festival. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the site.
Qualified medical personnel and professional security staff will be present onsite throughout the Festival. Attendees must comply with all instructions issued by Festival staff, medical teams and security at all times.
8. PROHIBITED ITEMS & SITE RULES
The following are not permitted anywhere on site:
Glass containers
Open fires, fire pits or BBQs
Cooking equipment in camping or glamping areas
Drones
Illegal substances
Unauthorised sound systems or professional recording equipment
Any item deemed unsafe by security
Security staff are instructed to confiscate prohibited items and extinguish fires immediately. Confiscated items will not be returned.
Accommodation exception: private kitchen facilities may be used inside booked bungalows or lodges only. No open flames or cooking equipment are permitted in camping or glamping areas.
9. FOOD & ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcohol
No outside alcohol is permitted anywhere on site.
No glass is permitted.
Alcohol may be confiscated without compensation.
Food
Outside food is limited to personal snacks.
Cooking equipment is not permitted in camping or glamping areas.
Attendees are expected to use festival food vendors.
These rules apply for safety, licensing and operational reasons.
10. ACCOMMODATION DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Certain accommodation types (including bungalows, lodges and bell tents) require a €150 damage deposit per unit, collected at the time of booking.
The deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days after the Festival, subject to the accommodation being returned in good condition, as confirmed by SALTO and the accommodation provider.
SALTO reserves the right to withhold part or all of the deposit to cover damage, excessive cleaning or missing items.
11. ACTIVITIES, HEALTH & LIABILITY
Participation in Festival activities is voluntary and at your own risk. You confirm that you are physically fit to participate and take full responsibility for your health and wellbeing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SALTO shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage or expense suffered by attendees, except where caused by SALTO’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Activities may be modified or cancelled at any time for safety or operational reasons.
12. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
Some services, accommodation, activities and facilities are provided by third-party suppliers. Where legally permitted, SALTO is not responsible for their performance or acts.
13. TRAVEL & INSURANCE
Travel to and from the Festival is your responsibility. Appropriate travel, medical and activity insurance is strongly recommended.
14. TOURISM TAX
In accordance with local regulations, a tourism tax is payable per person for the duration of the Festival.
This tax is collected at the time of booking and paid by SALTO directly to the relevant local authority on your behalf.
15. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Attendance is at your own risk. SALTO accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
16. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
Professional photography and filming will take place. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in promotional materials across digital and print media. Unauthorised commercial recording is prohibited.
17. DATA & PRIVACY

18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
