No. Running is totally optional. Join a hike, yoga, swim, dance, or simply relax. Your weekend, your pace.

Community-led, inclusive, respectful and nature-led. Movement, connection and leaving no trace.

Absolutely. Many people attend solo. SALTO is designed around shared activities and communal spaces, making it super easy to meet like-minded people!

TICKETS

The SALTO "Full Weekend Pass" includes 3 nights camping, access to campsite facilities and the full festival programme.

No. SALTO is intentionally intimate with limited capacity.

The festival doors will open at 16:00 on Thursday 10th September. They will close at 19:00 on Sunday 13th September.

*No entry after midnight. Contact us in advance if you expect to arrive late.

Yes, 18+ only. Please bring valid photo ID with you to collect your wristband.

No problem. You’re welcome to arrive on Friday instead. The ticket price remains the same, and we recommend letting us know in advance if you expect to arrive later.

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation. Resale is not permitted through any platform.

No. Tickets must be purchased in advance via the website. Capacity is limited and tickets will sell out.

ACCOMMODATION

Yes, 3 nights camping at Camping Lava are included in the "Full Weekend Pass". Bring your own tent and camping gear.

Yes. Bell tents, bungalows and lodges are available in limited numbers. Book separately. Refundable deposit applies.

GETTING THERE

SALTO takes place at Camping Lava, in La Garrotxa Natural Park (Catalunya, Spain) - a volcanic, forested area in the foothills of the Pyrenees.

Approximate travel times:

1.5 hours from Barcelona

1 hour from Girona

  • Barcelona El Prat (BCN)
    Best option for international flights, and cheap car rental. Roughly 1.5hrs drive from site.

  • Girona Airport (GRO)
    Limited routes, but closer. Roughly 1hr drive from site.

  • Return coach from Barcelona
    Direct festival coach from Barcelona city centre (details coming soon).

  • Driving
    On-site car parking available. Ideal if travelling as a group.

  • Campervan
    Campervan passes available, with access to campsite facilities.

  • Public transport
    Train to Olot followed by a local bus or taxi to the campsite. This option requires a bit more planning but is very doable.

Yes. Exact addresses, coach departure points and recommended routes will be sent to ticket holders ahead of the festival.

FOOD & DRINK

Food & drink is a key part of the SALTO experience, with a carefully curated selection of food stations & trucks serving fresh, filling & delicious food from early in the morning until late at night. Expect specialty coffee, smoothies & healthy drink options, wood-fired pizzas, grilled meats & vegetables, tacos, asian food and more.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available.

Yes, small snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed. No glass containers.

No. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Yes. Free refill points across the site.

No. Open flames and gas stoves are prohibited within the site.

PRACTICAL INFO

Tent & sleeping gear, layers for evenings, swimwear, trainers, reusable bottle, headlamp, sunscreen.

Warm days, cooler nights. Bring layers and sun protection.

Yes, campsite showers with hot water are available for all guests.

SALTO food stations & bar will accept card payment only.

There are a few power pointed dotted around the site. We recommend bringing a battery pack to charge your devices.

SAFETY & CONDUCT

Yes. Medics are on site throughout the festival.

  • Yes. Bag checks will take place on entry. Strictly no drugs or alcohol allowed. A full range of drinks will be available across the festival bar.

  • SALTO is a zero-tolerance space for harassment or discrimination. Breaches may result in removal without refund.

Yes. The event is documented for promotional use.

Visit the Info Point at the Chiringuito in the main garden.

ENVIRONMENT & DOGS

  • Leave no trace. Use recycling and compost bins and bring reusable items where possible.

We encourage all attendees to be conscious with movements & actions: 

  • For travel, take the SALTO coach or car-share.
    Bring a refillable water bottle
  • Do not leave your tent behind at the end
    Reduce use of single-use plastics
    Respect your surroundings, help us to keep the place tidy and use the bins provided

Dogs are allowed on the campsite but not in festival activity areas. They must be leashed at all times. Please consider noise and crowds.
