1. Ticketing & entry

All tickets are sold via our official partner, Kaboodle: https://kaboodle.com/

Entry is restricted to attendees aged 18 and over. Valid government-issued ID is required. No minors will be admitted, even if accompanied.

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation.
Name changes are permitted for a fee of €20 via the "Manage My Booking" platform.

Resale is not permitted through any platform.

festival wristbands

Booking confirmation is provided at the time of purchase.
E-tickets will be sent 1–2 weeks before the event.
Bring your e-ticket and valid ID to receive your festival wristband.
Wristbands must be worn at all times for access.

entry & re-entry

Re-entry to the site is allowed throughout the weekend.

Festival wristband collection times:
Thursday 4 September: 16:00–00:00
Friday 5 September: 07:00–22:00

All attendees must vacate the site by 15:00 on Sunday 7 September.
Additional site access details will be shared before the event.

2. payment terms

payment options

Attendees may choose to:
Pay in full at the time of booking, or use our Pre-Payment Plan:

Pay a 30% deposit at booking. The remaining balance will be split into monthly direct debits beginning the month after booking.

The full balance must be paid by 3 August 2025.
Payment dates can be adjusted in the "Manage My Booking" platform, where customers can also add extras like accommodation or transport.

3. Cancellations, changes & force majeure

The festival reserves the right to:

Alter line-ups, schedules or site layout.
Modify or cancel specific activities due to weather, safety or other external factors.

These changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.
In the case of a full festival cancellation, ticket holders will be refunded the face value of their ticket (excluding booking fees).
Salto Festival has force majeure insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellation scenarios such as natural disasters or public health emergencies.

4. festival activities & liability waiver

Salto Festival includes optional physical activities such as guided trail running, hiking, yoga, and movement sessions. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

I acknowledge that participation in any festival activities is voluntary and at my own risk. I release the organisers, partners, volunteers and all associated personnel from any claims or liability for personal injury, damage, illness or loss (including theft of property) arising during the event.

I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and take full responsibility for my health and well-being. I agree to follow all safety guidelines.

I understand the organisers may cancel or modify activities at any time due to weather, safety, or other uncontrollable factors.

5. site safety & access

A qualified medic will be present onsite throughout the event.
All attendees must follow safety and fire regulations as directed by staff.
The festival site includes natural and uneven terrain. Attendees are advised to wear appropriate footwear.

6. accommodation & deposits

Accommodation upgrades (e.g. bungalows, lodges, bell tents) require a €150 damage deposit. This is paid during booking.

It will be refunded in full after the festival, once the accommodation unit is confirmed to be returned in good condition by both the festival and the supplier.

7. tourism tax

In line with regional regulations, a €1.98 per person tourism tax applies for the duration of the festival.

This fee is collected during booking and paid directly to the relevant local authority by the festival on your behalf.

8. personal property

The festival is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought onsite.

Please take care of your ticket and wristband. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced.

9. photography & video policy

Attendees may not record or film artist performances.

The festival will be professionally photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in promotional materials across digital and print media.

10. data & Privacy

We collect and process data (e.g. name, email) to manage bookings and share important event info. We use trusted third parties such as Kaboodle (ticketing) and Mailchimp (email updates). Data is tracked via Google Analytics to improve site performance. We do not sell your personal data.

11. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
