Trained in the Awakening Yoga method and based in Barcelona, she leads accessible, immersive classes that reconnect brain and body - whether you're an experienced mover or stepping onto the mat for the first time.
At Salto, she’ll guide three types of practice across the weekend:
🦵 MOVE IT OR LOSE IT (Mobility)
A perfect pre-session for runners and hikers. Focused movements to support hips, knees, ankles and feet - building range of motion, joint health and functional strength.
🎧 AWAKENING VINYASA (Immersive Flow)
A dynamic practice blending traditional flow with functional movement. With music in your ears and intention in every move, this headphone-powered vinyasa deepens strength, mobility and focus.
🌙 LONG SLOW DEEP (Wind Down)
A steady, immersive close to the weekend. Breath-led movement, smooth transitions and curated sounds to help you unwind, soften and land gently back in your body.
